Dr. Chad Franks MD, GS

Dr. Franks is a Board Certified General Surgeon in Rock Springs, WY. He has been serving the Sweetwater County, Lincoln County and surrounding areas since 2007. He was born in Idaho and grew up on a cattle ranch his family homesteaded over 100 years ago. He graduated from Ross University with honors and served his first month of residency in New York City at St. Vincents from 2001 till 2002 before finishing residency is Saginaw, MI in 2007. Dr. Franks then moved to Rock Springs, WY and started his career as a General Surgeon. Starting in 2020, he felt there was more to health and wellness. This started his interest in Functional Medicine and has since been pursuing board certification as well as a fellowship in Functional Medicine to better the health of his community and patients. Dr. Franks currently performs surgery out of Aspen Mountain Medical Center in Rock Springs, WY.
